（中央社記者葉素萍亞松森29日電）總統蔡英文正出訪巴拉圭，登上多家巴國媒體，「最新時刻報」報導，巴國總統卡提斯向台灣保證，正當公開化使用捐款，「巴拉圭不想再做一個伸手向人乞討的國家」。

巴拉圭多家媒體於當地時間29日報導蔡總統來訪；「ABC彩色報」專訪蔡總統，報導指出，中華民國總統蔡英文表示，有關台灣對巴國政府的合作計畫，是以公開透明及適當的方法進行。台灣援贈巴國政府的雙邊5年平民住宅計畫計7100萬美元，在目前階段，蔡總統表示，台灣擁有相關技術可用於協助該計畫的執行。

最新時刻報專訪蔡總統，她認為，明年是開啟台巴雙方下一階段合作關係的適當時間，她也確信台巴政府間的合作，是以恰當合宜的方式在進行。

蔡總統表示，在與卡提斯總統會晤時，可感覺他已備妥最佳計畫，以吸引外國資金來巴國投資的雄心壯志。
